Hello Bully Adoption Contract

This is an agreement between Hello Bully and the adopter. All adoptions begin with a two-week “Foster-to-Adopt” period. During this time Hello Bully will cover all costs for the dog. We will also be checking in and following up to be sure that the dog is settling in to his or her new home. Once the foster period is complete, the adoption is final and the adoption fee is processed. Please email adopt@hellobully.com if you have any questions.

I agree that the dog I am fostering to adopt will be kept as a companion, and will live indoors. The dog will not live outdoors and the dog will not spend more than 9 hours a day crated.

I agree not to use a prong, choke or shock collar on the dog. I will not use an electronic fence to contain the dog. If I have training or behavior issues, I will contact Hello Bully for behavioral and training help and support.

I agree to abide by all state and local leash laws. As a responsible dog owner I will never let my dog roam free. I will supervise or separate my dog from other dogs or animals residing in my home.

During the first 2 weeks, I agree to contact Hello Bully prior to making any medical decisions regarding the dog. In the event of the emergency, please make every effort to contact us, but if the dog is injured, please go to your nearest open or emergency veterinarian. Upon the finalization of your adoption, I agree to keep my dog current on vaccines and wellness exams, and to provide reasonable care in emergencies.
